0fr. (pronounced "Oh-ef-ar") is a long-established bookshop gallery located in the North Marais district of Paris, France. Starting as a free magazine 0fr (referencing the currency "0 francs" at the time) in 1996, the current bookshop opened in 1998, with the intention of being open 365 days a year/7 days a week, a rare style in France, which is reflected in its name "0fr (open free and ready)". Siblings Alexandre & Marie manage artist direction and the store, and since its opening in the heart of trendsetting Paris-Marais, they have launched over 200 publications and bookshops/galleries worldwide. Many people from all over the world visit seeking Parisian intelligence, drawn by the stacks of art books and the shop's aroma. Virgil Abloh frequently visited during Fashion Week, and at the KENZO 23-24AW runway show, Tyler, The Creator, seeing the interviewer's 0fr cap, spontaneously commented, "Oh, I love the bookstore!". It's a sacred place in Paris that has connected top designers and global artists with Parisian intelligence, hosting book signings for Sofia Coppola, Raf Simons, and Juergen Teller, as well as the BLESS 25th-anniversary book launch sauna rider event.

From November 2024, "0fr. Tokyo Nakameguro" will make its grand debut at our store. We offer 0fr publications, rare art books and goods available only in Paris, France, and collaboration items, with weekly deliveries. Please enjoy the Parisian aroma and mood that can only be experienced in the space of Boutique Romantique, and the permanent 0fr. Paris in-shop space.
