0fr. Paris

0fr (o-efu-a-ru) is a long-established bookstore and gallery located in the North Marais district of the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, France. Starting as a free magazine called 0fr (referring to the currency 0 francs at the time) in 1996, the current bookstore opened in 1998. The name "0fr (open free and ready)" reflects its unique operating style in France: open 365 days a year, 7 days a week. Siblings Alexandre & Marie manage the artist direction and the store, and since its opening, they have published over 200 works and opened bookstores and galleries worldwide from the heart of the trendy Marais district of Paris. Many people from all over the world visit seeking the piles of art books, the aroma of the store, and Parisian intelligence. Virgil Abloh frequently visited during fashion week when he was alive, and at the KENZO 23-24AW runway, Tyler, The Creator, upon seeing an interviewer's 0fr cap, exclaimed, "Oh, I love the bookstore!" It is a sacred place in Paris that has continued to weave Parisian intelligence with top designers and global artists, hosting book signings for Sofia Coppola, Raf Simons, and Juergen Teller, as well as a sauna rider event for the BLESS 25th anniversary book launch.

From November 2024, "0fr. Tokyo Nakameguro" will make its grand debut at our store. We will be offering books published by 0fr, rare art books and goods only available in Paris, France, and collaboration items through weekly deliveries. Please enjoy the Parisian aroma and mood that can only be experienced in the boutique romantique space, and the permanent 0fr. Paris in-shop space.
