0fr. Paris

0fr (o-ef-ar) is a long-established bookshop gallery located in the North Marais district of the 3rd arrondissement in Paris, France. Starting as a free magazine called 0fr (then using the currency "0 francs") in 1996, the current bookshop opened in 1998. The name "0fr (open free and ready)" was chosen to reflect their unusual operating style in France: open 365 days a year, 7 days a week. Siblings Alexandre & Marie manage the artist direction and the store. Since its opening, it has published over 200 books and opened bookshops and galleries worldwide, maintaining its position at the heart of trends in Paris's Marais district. Many people from around the world visit, drawn by the stacks of art books, the store's scent, and the Parisian intelligence it offers. Virgil Abloh frequently visited during fashion weeks, and at the KENZO 23-24AW runway show, Tyler, The Creator, upon seeing an interviewer's 0fr cap, spontaneously commented, "Oh, I love the bookstore!" Sofia Coppola, Raf Simons, and Juergen Teller have held book signings there, and BLESS hosted a Sauna Rider event for its 25th-anniversary book launch. It is a sacred place in Paris that continues to weave together top designers, world-renowned artists, and Parisian intelligence.

From November 2024, "0fr. Tokyo Nakameguro" will make its grand debut at our store. We offer books published by 0fr, rare art books and goods that can only be found in Paris, France, and collaboration items, with weekly deliveries. Please enjoy the Parisian scent and mood that can only be experienced in the Boutique Romantique space, and the permanent 0fr. Paris in-shop space.
