0fr. Paris

0fr (o-ef-a-ru) is a long-established bookshop gallery located in the North Marais district of the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, France. Starting in 1996 as a free magazine called 0fr (then 0 francs, the currency at the time), and with the opening of the current bookshop in 1998, it was named "0fr (open free and ready)" to reflect its unusual style of being open 365 days a year, 7 days a week, a rarity in France. Siblings Alexandre and Marie manage the artists' direction and the store, and since its opening, they have published over 200 books and opened bookshops and galleries around the world, making it a hub of trends in Paris's Marais district. Many people from all over the world visit, drawn by the piles of art books, the aroma of the store, and the intelligence of Paris. Virgil Abloh frequently visited during his lifetime for fashion week, and at the KENZO 23-24AW runway, Tyler, The Creator, upon seeing an interviewer's 0fr cap, spontaneously commented, "Oh, I love the bookstore!" It is a sacred place in Paris that has continued to weave together top designers and world-renowned artists with Parisian intelligence, including book signings by Sofia Coppola, Raf Simons, and Juergen Teller, and a sauna rider event for the BLESS 25th-anniversary book launch.

From November 2024, "0fr. Tokyo Nakameguro" will have its grand debut at our store. We offer 0fr publications, rare art books and goods that can only be found in Paris, France, and collaboration items, with weekly deliveries. Please enjoy the Parisian scent and mood that can only be experienced in the Boutique Romantique space, and the permanent 0fr. Paris in-shop space.
