0fr. Paris

0fr (o-efu-a-ru) is a long-established bookshop gallery in the North Marais district of the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, France. Starting in 1996 as a free magazine called 0fr (then 0 francs), the name "0fr (open free and ready)" was adopted when the current bookshop opened in 1998, reflecting its unusual operating style for France: open 365 days a year, 7 days a week. Siblings Alexandre & Marie manage the artist direction and the store, and since opening in the Marais, the center of trends in Paris, they have opened over 200 publications and bookshops and galleries around the world. Many people from all over the world visit, drawn by the stacks of art books, the scent of the store, and the intelligence of Paris. Virgil Abloh frequently visited during Fashion Week, and Tyler, The Creator, seeing an interviewer's 0fr cap at the KENZO 23-24AW runway, spontaneously commented, "Oh, I love the bookstore!" It's a Parisian sanctuary that has continued to weave together top designers and world-renowned artists with Parisian intelligence, hosting book signings for Sofia Coppola, Raf Simons, and Juergen Teller, and a sauna rider event for BLESS's 25th-anniversary book launch.

From November 2024, "0fr. Tokyo Nakameguro" will make its grand debut at our store. We will be offering 0fr publications, rare art books and goods available only in Paris, France, and collaboration items through weekly deliveries. Please enjoy the Parisian scent and mood that can only be experienced in the boutique romantic space, and the permanent 0fr. Paris in-shop space.
