0fr (o-ef-ar) is a long-established bookshop and gallery located in the North Marais district of the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, France. Starting as a free magazine called 0fr (the currency at the time was 0 francs) in 1996, and with the opening of the current bookshop in 1998, the name "0fr (open free and ready)" was adopted to signify its unique style in France of being open 365 days a year/7 days a week. Siblings Alexandre & Marie manage the artist direction and the store, and since its opening, they have published over 200 books and opened bookshops and galleries worldwide from their base in the trendy Paris Marais. Many people from all over the world visit seeking the piled-up art books, the aroma of the store, and Parisian intelligence. Virgil Abloh frequently visited during fashion week in his lifetime, and at the KENZO 23-24AW runway show, Tyler, The Creator, seeing an interviewer's 0fr cap, spontaneously commented, "Oh, I love the bookstore!" It is a sacred place in Paris that has continuously spun Parisian intelligence with top designers and world artists, with book signings by Sofia Coppola, Raf Simons, and Juergen Teller, and a sauna rider event for BLESS's 25th-anniversary book launch.

From November 2024, "0fr. Tokyo Nakameguro" will make its grand debut at our store. We offer books published by 0fr, rare art books and goods that can only be found in Paris, France, and collaboration items, with weekly deliveries. Please enjoy the Parisian scent and mood that can only be experienced in the boutique romantique space, and the permanent 0fr. Paris in-shop space.
