0fr. Paris

0fr (Oh-eff-are) is an established bookstore gallery located in the North Marais district of the 3rd arrondissement in Paris, France. Starting as a free magazine called 0fr (referring to the currency "0 francs" at the time) in 1996, the current bookstore opened in 1998. To reflect its unusual-for-France business model of being open 365 days a year, 7 days a week, the store was named "0fr (open free and ready)." Siblings Alexandre & Marie manage the artist direction and the store, and since its opening, they have launched over 200 publications and opened bookstores and galleries worldwide from their base in the trendy Marais district of Paris. Many people from all over the world visit, drawn by the stacks of art books, the store's aroma, and the Parisian intellectual atmosphere. Virgil Abloh frequently visited during Fashion Week, and at the KENZO 23-24AW runway, Tyler, The Creator spontaneously commented, "Oh, I love the bookstore!" when he saw the interviewer's 0fr cap. With book signings by Sofia Coppola, Raf Simons, and Juergen Teller, and a sauna rider event for the BLESS 25th-anniversary book launch, it is a sacred place in Paris that has continued to weave together top designers and world-renowned artists with Parisian intelligence.

From November 2024, "0fr. Tokyo Nakameguro" will make its grand debut at our store. We offer publications from 0fr, rare art books and goods available only in Paris, France, and collaboration items, with weekly deliveries. Please enjoy the Parisian aroma and mood, and the permanent 0fr. Paris in-shop space, which can only be experienced in the space of Boutique Romantique.
