0fr (o-ef-a-ru) is a long-established bookstore gallery located in the North Marais district of the 3rd arrondissement in Paris, France. Starting in 1996 as a free magazine called 0fr (then-currency 0 francs), the current bookstore opened in 1998, at which point it adopted the name "0fr (open free and ready)" to reflect its unusual operating style for France: 365 days a year, 7 days a week, with no holidays. Siblings Alexandre and Marie manage the artist direction and the store, and since its opening, they have launched over 200 publications and bookstores/galleries worldwide from Paris's trendy Marais district. People from all over the world visit, drawn by the stacks of art books, the store's aroma, and the intelligence of Paris. Virgil Abloh frequently visited during Fashion Week, and at the KENZO 23-24AW runway show, Tyler, The Creator, upon seeing an interviewer's 0fr cap, spontaneously commented, "Oh, I love the bookstore!" From book signings by Sofia Coppola, Raf Simons, and Juergen Teller, to the BLESS 25th-anniversary book launch sauna rider event, it is a Parisian sanctuary that has continued to weave together top designers, world-renowned artists, and Parisian intelligence.

From November 2024, "0fr. Tokyo Nakameguro" will make its grand debut at our store. We will feature books published by 0fr, rare art books and goods that can only be found in Paris, France, and collaboration items with weekly deliveries. Please enjoy the Parisian scent and mood that can only be experienced in the boutique romantique space, and the permanent in-shop space of 0fr. Paris.
