"Images before they were shared" is a photobook by Paris-based photographer Giasco Bertoli, capturing the atmosphere of the early 2010s, just before Instagram definitively transformed visual culture. This work, "HAPPY TOGETHER," encapsulates that era. Fragments of friends, lovers, bodies, rooms, and cities.
Extremely private and intimate moments are delicately captured with the light of a flash. What emerges is a sense of distance before it was staged, a gaze that had not yet learned to excessively "show." Behind the "happy relationships" indicated by the title, a slight sense of unease and fluctuation quietly lurks. This book, while inheriting the lineage of intimate photography since Nan Goldin, embodies a lighter and more contemporary sensibility. It conveys the temperature of real relationships before images were consumed. This is a valuable limited-edition publication.

Returns

As a general rule, we do not accept product returns. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us first via Instagram DM or email. The return period for defective products is within 7 days of product arrival. In the case of exchanges for defective products or incorrect items, we will bear the shipping costs.
