Fashion and culture magazine "VOSTOK" is back after a five-year hiatus. The cover fashion story features photographer Torbjørn Rødland, and the editorial pages feature works by world-renowned photographers such as Mikiko Hara and Raymond Meeks.In addition, Keitaro Niwa shot for GUCCI, Rei Kuroda for Dior, and Tsubasa Kawaguchi for Comme des Garçons Homme Plus. The journal pages feature art works and interviews with Martin Margiela and Masao Yamamoto,a curated page on Miyako Island in Okinawa by the cultural collective Zā, and special features on young artists such as Ser Serpas and YBA (Young British Artist), among other unique projects that set "VOSTOK" apart from other media.
VOSTOK VOSTOK, a fashion and culture magazine launched in 2019 by editor Sohei Oshiro, was temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but is now being reissued.
VOSTOK means "Far East" and is also the name of the spacecraft that carried Yuri Gagarin on the first manned space flight. It is a beautiful and imaginative book, not a catalog-like sales magazine. It is an archival book that offers new discoveries even when opened several years later. We have published four issues with the concept of a book that stimulates creators and fashion professionals both in Japan and abroad. The reissued issue will feature new women's fashion stories and be fully bilingual. Various creators from Japan and abroad are scheduled to participate in both the fashion and journal pages.
It aims to be a new-era media platform that is not just an old-media paper magazine, but rather leverages the unique characteristics of print, SNS, and the web as its three pillars, and from there develops various projects.

Editor, Sohei Oshiro / PROFILE Born in Miyakojima, Okinawa in 1988. Dropped out of Waseda University's School of Commerce. Representative of Chiasma Inc. He started working part-time at "HUgE" (Kodansha) while still a student, then worked as an editor from the launch of "Them magazine" (Righters) before going independent in 2018. In March 2019, he launched "VOSTOK." In October 2021, he launched the art media "POST-FAKE." He is involved in a wide range of projects, including planning, exhibitions, videos, and publishing, primarily in the art, fashion, and culture fields.

As a general rule, we do not accept product returns. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us first via Instagram DM or email. The return period for defective products is within 7 days of product arrival. In the case of exchanges for defective products or incorrect items, we will bear the shipping costs.
